Données personnelles
Politique de confidentialité
This policy describes the personal data this website actually processes. It will be completed with controller particulars when those particulars have been verified. It does not invent a data-protection officer or a registration number.
Who is responsible
AKZERT, based in the Principality of Liechtenstein, is the organisation responsible for this website. A full controller identity — legal name, postal address and a monitored email — will be published in this policy and in the legal notice when each item is verified. Until then, those items are omitted rather than approximated.
The contact form
If you submit the form, you provide your name, organisation, email address, country, a category and a message, and you confirm that you have read this policy. The server checks that the fields are present and well formed, removes markup, and applies a rate limit and a simple spam check.
If no delivery endpoint is configured, the submission is not forwarded and is not written to a database or a file. It exists only for the time needed to validate it and to reply that it was not sent. You should keep your own copy.
If a delivery endpoint is configured, the same fields are sent to that endpoint over HTTPS or HTTP, as configured by the operator, so that AKZERT can read the enquiry. The site then tells you whether the endpoint accepted the message. A rejection means the message was not delivered. This website still does not keep its own copy.
What the site does not do
- It does not sell personal data.
- It does not run advertising or third-party analytics.
- It does not ask for special-category data. Please do not include health information, or information about other people that they would not expect you to send.
- It does not set an advertising or analytics cookie. The language cookie and the cookie notice are described in the cookie policy.
Retention and your rights
Because an unconfigured form stores nothing, there is then nothing for this website to retain or to delete. When delivery is configured, retention is a matter for the system that receives the message. The period will be stated in this policy once that system is chosen and the period is decided. It is not stated as a guess.
Under the data-protection law that applies to the controller, a person may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, and to complain to a supervisory authority. Those rights can be exercised effectively once a verified contact for the controller is published. Until then, the contact form is the available route, and it will declare if it cannot deliver.
Server logs
A host that serves the website may keep technical logs, such as IP address, user agent and the page requested, for security and operation. Whether such logs exist, and for how long, depends on the host AKZERT selects. No log retention period is claimed here until the host is known and the period is verified.
Questions
Do I have to use my work email?
Use an address at which you are content to be contacted about the enquiry. The address is used for that purpose only.
Is the privacy checkbox consent for marketing?
No. It confirms that you have read this policy before sending an enquiry. The form is not used to build a marketing list.
